Description
pmodes was the file permission checker when ON built SVR4 packages, it's not used anymore, and can be deleted.
If someone is still building SVR4 packages the ON way, they can resurrect it just as easily as they did usr/src/pkgdefs.
I checked with the only SVR4 user I know of (ptribble), who doesn't do things that way.
