Need a FAQ page

Description
The site needs a FAQ page, particularly one that answers the most basic question: "what is Illumos?" since there seems to be plenty of folk on the forums who are under the impression it is an OS distribution. (Apparently they're too lazy to read the announcement PDF). Other useful FAQs would be "how can I help?" and "which organisations are supporting Illumos?" (link to sponsors page).
Also, a link to the FAQ page on the top navbar would be good (the one that has Home, Wiki, Forums... links).

It is not linked to from the home page. There is an entry on the home page for the Wiki in the main navbar. Suggest a direct link to the FAQ be added to the main navbar.

The main box has a link called "Questions and Answers". You wont see this if you have Javascript disabled.

Oops so it does. Not sure if it is optimal from an SEO point of view to have the main page content delivered via javascript. Also, "questions and answers" is slightly "non-standard" wording. Would it perhaps be better to head the link "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)" or simply "FAQ"? Also, what happens when the main content area on the front page changes? I personally think a link on the main navbar is warranted.
