There seems to be no way to re-open a closed issue.
Please see https://www.illumos.org/issues/8984
Andy Fiddman spent time to falsify ACL inheritance behaviour since #6764 and it seems to be clear that the current behaviour (for the aclmode=restricted) case differs unintentionally.
I added comments describing the negative impact in real world setups.
Please also fix the #6764 fallout for aclmode=restricted.
