Description

Update kmdb to use diag-device for its (console) I/O. Since we do not have mirror/multiplexor mechanism for console, it means the kmdb does only interface via this device. The purpose is to make it possible for developer/admin to create an alternate access for case the local console itself is unusable or to capture the kmdb output.

I think this is really just part of #9930, which I should really have noticed before I put that one back. I'm going to put this minor change back as a follow-up commit of #9930, with my apologies for not having paid enough attention to the later parts of the patch series.
