9657 sendfile(3ext): off and EINVAL are not documented properly
Review Request #1134 — Created July 16, 2018 and submitted
This updates the sendfile(3ext) man page to document that the function will fail with EINVAL when there were fewer bytes transferred than were requested. In addition, it is clarified that off is updated not only on the sendfile() success, but always.
I reviewed the man page using the following command: MANPATH=usr/src/man man sendfile
